Everyone should be able to find, save and share the things they love. We work to make Prezzley accessible across our website, iPhone app and browser extensions.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we use reports of barriers to help prioritize improvements.
Using Prezzley
Our work focuses on readable text, clear labels, keyboard navigation, visible focus, screen-reader support and respect for reduced-motion preferences. If a feature is difficult to use, please tell us what happened.
Retailer content
Retailer pages, product information and checkout are controlled by the retailer and are outside our control. If you encounter a barrier there, contact the retailer. You can also let us know how it affected your experience in Prezzley.
Report a barrier
Email support@prezzley.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Include the page or feature, your device and browser, any assistive technology you use, and what you were trying to do. We usually reply within 24–48 hours.
