Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prezzley. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe belong to users under 13.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@prezzley.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Prezzley only for lawful purposes. You may not: use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others; post false, misleading, or deceptive content; attempt to circumvent security features or scrape data without authorization; use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the platform; or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Prezzley has zero tolerance for objectionable content, including content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually exploitative. We remove that content and may suspend or terminate the account that posted it. Reports of objectionable content or of a copyright or trademark concern are reviewed, and we act on them within 24 hours. Acting on a report can mean removing or disabling the material, suspending the account, or recording a decision that no violation was found. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your Photos and Collages

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. To the extent you have the authority to do so, you grant Prezzley a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including background removal, resizing and collage composition. This license does not transfer ownership or create rights you do not have in third-party material. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for your use. Do not remove copyright notices, watermarks or rights-management information. Creating a collage does not change a collection's privacy settings. We may disable unavailable or restricted photos and use a permitted fallback cover. Our Copyright Policy explains notices, counter-notices and our policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Payments and gift pools

Prezzley doesn't sell products or take payments. Product links take you to the retailer, where any purchase happens. Gift pools let friends coordinate a gift: each person can log what they contributed, and Prezzley shows the total. Prezzley Inc doesn't collect, hold, transfer or process pool money and isn't a party to payments between users. Payments you make with PayPal, Venmo or any other service are between you and the people you pay, under that service's terms. Prezzley isn't responsible for those payments, refunds or disputes, or for whether a logged amount was actually paid. Only log what you actually contributed.

Affiliate Links

Some product links on Explore, product pages, and shared lists are affiliate links. Prezzley Inc may earn a commission when someone buys through one of them, at no extra cost to the buyer. A commission does not change the price and does not decide which items you can save. Items come from things people save and from curation by Prezzley. Prezzley Inc works with affiliate networks and retail partners. The browser extensions only save products; they do not add or change affiliate links. Affiliate Disclosure

Alcohol & Age-Restricted Products

Prezzley's Gourmet category may include wine, spirits, and other age-restricted products available through third-party retailers. By engaging with this content or completing a purchase through an affiliate link, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. Prezzley does not sell, ship, or hold any alcohol products directly — all such purchases are completed on the retailer's website, and the retailer is solely responsible for verifying your age and complying with applicable state and local alcohol shipping laws.

Browser Extension

The Prezzley browser extension (available for Chrome and Safari) allows you to save products from retail websites. The extension sends product data to Prezzley when you take an explicit save action. It does not passively collect a history of pages you do not save, and it does not send a purchase or a retailer checkout. The extension uses active-tab and scripting access to read product data when you save, storage to keep you signed in, and optional website access so the floating save button can appear after you allow it. All data is transmitted exclusively to www.prezzley.com over HTTPS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership clauses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Prezzley does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product prices, availability, and descriptions are sourced from third-party retailers and may change without notice. Prezzley is not responsible for inaccuracies in retailer data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Prezzley, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service, any conduct or content of any third party on the service, or unauthorized access to your account. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amounts you paid to Prezzley in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
