Rights for everyone

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. You can change optional Analytics and Offers & affiliate measurement in Settings → Privacy & Security → Privacy choices, or with Manage cookies.

We do not use third-party analytics or ad tags.

EEA and UK

Prezzley Inc is the controller of your personal information. Our bases for processing are contract to provide the service, legitimate interests to operate it, consent for optional features, and legal obligation where applicable.

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and receive a portable copy of your data. You can withdraw consent for optional features. You can complain to a data-protection regulator.

Your personal information is stored in the United States with the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

US states

The categories of information we collect are your name, email, username, account and device IDs, IP address, your content, app activity and the country derived from your IP address. The Privacy Policy describes these categories and how we use them.

We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may have rights to know about, delete and correct your personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf.

How to make a request

To delete your account, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete your account. For other privacy requests, or if you cannot access your account, email privacy@prezzley.com.

We respond to GDPR requests within one month and US privacy requests within 45 days.
